Returns Policy

If after www.focuspocus.co.uk has accepted an order from you (acceptance will be communicated via e-mail on receipt of an order), and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within 2 working days of our acceptance.

If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. This will not apply in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

You must also inform us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in your return request being denied. 

All returns must be arrive back to us within 14 days of delivery. The 14 day period includes weekends. 

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you and in the same undamaged packaging, we shall reimburse all monies, less any shipping charges, paid by you for those goods.

We will not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged when being returned to us. It is your responsibility to return orders that can be tracked and insured to avoid any issues.  

If you refuse to accept your delivery or fail to collect from a DPD collection point without any prior agreement between us (Focus) and you (the customer) we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover the return shipping costs and admin. It is your responsibility to either be able to receive your order or pick up from a collection point.

If there are any reasons why you are unable to receive your order or collect from a DPD collection point you must inform us of this issue. 

Please note. We are unable to accept skateboard decks that have had the grip tape applied or have complete skateboards that have been assembled buy us. If you are unsure that you will keep the deck you have ordered please select "Do not apply grip tape". 

Please also note that outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless goods are faulty or incorrect. This includes Dunk Raffles and instances where a shipping fee is added to Dunk orders which will be specified in the product description. 

We reserve the right to charge shipping on any products we see fit regardless of the Free Shipping offer which in the event of a return is non refundable.

Refunds, excluding Nike SB Dunks, will be processed 5-7 working days from the date your order arrives back to us. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to reach you from the date the refund has been issued.

Nike SB Dunks will be refunded 10 working days after they are returned to us minus outgoing shipping costs. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NIKE SB DUNK RETURNS.

Due to the increasing number of Nike SB Dunk returns we have implemented a new returns system specifically for this product. A QR code is included with your packing sheet which takes you to a web page you MUST complete within 3 days of receiving your Nike SB Dunk delivery. Failure to do so will result in your return being declined and your order will either be returned to you or a credit note issued.

Please also note we reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers who return Nike SB Dunks to us and we are not required to explain our decision.
